Care & Use
TABLES AND CHAIRS.
Tables and chairs are to be opened and set up at location. Chairs and tables may be moved by Renter at their discretion. However, Renter must use caution and care when moving Rental Equipment and do not drag or push item(s) to avoid damage to legs, caps or stands. A two person lift and move option would be best.
FOOD / BEVERAGE MACHINES.
The above-mentioned items / machines MUST be cleaned and returned the same way they were delivered. If not, the Replacement Cost could be charged by EPP.
TENTS.
Prior to tent setup, site must be clear of all sticks, patio furniture, animal droppings, overhead tree limbs that may interfere, debris, etc. Tents will not be setup under sap producing or fruit trees. All tents we install must be anchored to the ground at all times, no exceptions. There are several ways to do this. Our first preference is staking. Please know what is underground before we arrive. We are not responsible for any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, etc. Keep in mind that overhead clearance (i.e. electrical wire, tree branches, etc.) is also necessary. If set-up is required on concrete or asphalt, we can use alternate weights. Permits for tents are the Renter’s responsibility. Note, that alternate weights are a last resort. We reserve the right to refuse to install tents anchored by alternate weights, if inclement weather is expected. Renter assumes all responsibility for tents anchored by alternate weights and is held liable for any damages or injuries/death associated with failure due to alternate weight usage.
SIDEWALLS.
Sidewalls are an additional cost and not included in the price of tents. Sidewalls are to be installed and removed by the Renter. In the case of high winds, sides must be removed as they take away from the durability of the tent in high wind situations.
GAMES.
Renters are to abide by rules and guidelines listed specifically for each gaming unit. Any missing balls / accessories are subject to Replacement Fees.
